Between the pricing and amenities I seriously don’t think there is another property in the 5 boroughs like this… So besides a beach front view and a beautiful terrace, the hard wood floors , the all new appliances , dish washer , washer dryer, Jacuzzi jet bubble bath etc., you have a staff who shows day in and day out that their only priority is their tenants comfort.
We’ve been here a few months and it really is a place you would love to call home. The staff do all they can to accommodate you and assure all is well within your apartment as well as the building itself. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
